All our deliveries are made via Bring Service Point.
All our deliveries receive a traceable parcel number for safe and fast handling.

Bank/credit card
We accept Visa, Maestro, Amex, and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge.

Simple & secure deliveries to over 4000 different pick-up points. We aim for you to receive your products *within 1-5 working days. If, against all odds, you have not received your delivery within 6 working days, please contact us!

Shipping costs
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 598 SEK, otherwise, shipping costs 50 SEK. For returns, a shipping fee of 50 SEK will be added if the enclosed return slip is used.

Return Policy/Right of Withdrawal
The right of return applies within 30 days from when the customer received the item.
For the return to be fully approved, the returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition. The item must be packaged in its original packaging with accompanying inner packaging and together with any accessories, tags, etc. Items that are not in substantially unchanged condition will be refunded after deductions determined individually depending on the condition of the item upon return. Do not place address labels directly on the item's packaging; instead, place the original packaging in another package. Brand-Island is not responsible for loss or any damage incurred during transport to us. We recommend that you return the item together with the packing slip or a copy of it, to facilitate return handling.

Free exchanges! (use the enclosed return label). For returns, the customer will be charged 50 SEK if the enclosed return slip is used.

All return shipments must go directly to us; we are unable to pick up from agents. When exchanging clothes, the item should be packaged in its original bag, all tags should remain attached, and the garment should be folded and placed in its original packaging.

Note! Underwear that has been unpacked cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Complaints
Complaints should be reported to our customer service via email.
We guarantee that the goods you ordered are free from defects upon delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must contact customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within two weeks. We will receive the error report and send you instructions for return. Notification of a defect in the item must be given within a reasonable time from when you, as a customer, discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. The right to complain about an item ceases in all circumstances after three years. Complaints must be made within two months after the defect was discovered. When returning a complained item, include a note stating what is wrong with the item, so that we can easily and quickly replace you in the best possible way.

Changing package information
A fee applies for changing package information, this only applies to packages that have already been shipped. Examples: Change of pick-up agent, change of package recipient.
The cost to change package information for packages already shipped from our warehouse is 95 SEK.

Shipping damage
Damaged goods should be reported directly when picking up at the agent and to our customer service via email.

Unclaimed packages
Packages that have not been collected within 14 days will be returned to Brand-Island.
We reserve the right to charge you the costs for return shipping and handling fee:
0-1 kg = 290 SEK, 1-10 kg = 349 SEK, 10-20 kg = 490 SEK for unclaimed packages.
If you are unable to collect your package, you have the option to extend the storage period by contacting us at order[at]brand-island.com. This will be charged at 95 SEK due to manual handling.
Once we have received your unclaimed package, the items will be credited from the purchase, but the fee above will still apply.

All orders are logged, and IP numbers are registered to prevent misuse of orders.

Customer register
When placing an order, the customer fills in their customer information. By doing so, the customer agrees that the information will be registered in our customer database. Brand-Island guarantees that all information is confidential and will not be disclosed or sold in any way. Brand-Island complies with the Personal Data Act.

General Terms and Conditions
By confirming your purchase by submitting your order, you have also accepted our Purchase Terms and Conditions and thus placed a binding order. All prices are stated including VAT. To shop at Brand-Island, the customer must be of legal age or have parental approval to order. This check is not performed by Brand-Island, and the responsibility for this being met lies with the customer and guardian. A customer who orders for another person and/or delivery address is always legally bound. All product images should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately reproduce the exact appearance and characteristics.

All products sent to the customer are the property of Brand & Trade Scandinavia AB until we have received full payment. We reserve the right to change product facts and prices without reservation. We also reserve the right for any misprints in product facts and pricing. All misuse of the service and the webshop will be reported to the police. For all orders, the user's IP number is logged.

Any objections to the order confirmation must be made via email within 12 hours from the time the order confirmation was sent to you. All orders are binding.

Products and our responsibility
Only high-quality products are sold in the webshop, which have undergone several investigations and are thus fully checked by the manufacturers. We take no responsibility for the products but refer any disputes to our suppliers, i.e., the companies that manufactured the product in question. The manufacturers are responsible for the products' content, ingredient list, and instructions. Furthermore, we always recommend our customers to read and follow the relevant manufacturer's instructions and information before using the product.

Security
Brand-Island protects your personal data through technical and organizational security measures. To prevent unauthorized access and to ensure the accuracy of the information, we use one-way encryption when sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, is processed. Our payment partner, Klarna, meets the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security requirements, which is a global collective term for mandatory data security standards for handling card information, developed by the payment card industry - MasterCard, Visa, and Amex. The standard applies to everyone who handles payment transactions for debit and credit cards. Access to your own account on Brand-Island requires a personal password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password so that no unauthorized person can access it. If you share a computer with someone else, you should always log out to protect your information in relation to other users of the computer.
